What has to happen to fit 97 XJ 4.0 into my 87 YJ?

I'm tired of keeping my 4.2 & BBD alive... I've come across a low mileage 4.0 w/accessories to swap in... the donor vehicle is a 97 Cherokee with 54,000 miles

What should be considered to make this happen?

Crankshaft Position Sensor???
Motor Mounts???
Will it mate to my 87 YJ auto trans?

Any points that I need to work out would be appreciated TREMENDOUSLY

Well, I know some some things about the i6 and would like to have a CJ some day. Reason to hang out here sometimes, even being actually an XJ guy....
