HP Dana 44 differences

Will standard D44 steering knuckles bolt up to a Heavy Duty leaf sprung HP D44 from a 78 F250?

maybe...
not all d-44 steering knuchkles are the same, but all d-44's use the same ball joints, so they would likely fit
