Re: Insta-trunk

You probably will need that much $C at the stealership. Try places like:

4 Wheel Drive Hardware
Quadratec
D.C. 4WD

Re: Insta-trunk

I built my own. Triple the space. Much, much cheaper.

Re: Insta-trunk

Bryan, that is the way to go.. But only if you don't want a rear seat anymore.. Chances are he is looking to keep the rear seat in the vehice, and not use it as an extra couch in the garage..

03jeeptj, look at the links provided for them, and also check out e-bay.. You will probobly find a bunch there from people who got them, then decided to just yank the back seat and go with bryans suggestion.. If you keep that back seat in, they are great lockable storage in an otherwise almost unlockable vehice..

Later..

Re: Insta-trunk

I used to have the backseat in. At that time I only had one top plate. The 4 sides of the trunk were the 2 fender wall, the tailgate, and the seat. My seat was nonfoldable. When I needed more space I removed the seat, added another top plate, and made a vertical plate for the front of the box.
