IROK Radial Pics

Here are some pics of my new 39.50x13.50x15 IROK Radials.
The side by side comparison is an unmounted IROK and unmounted 38.50 SX.
They are aired up to 13 lbs
I cant wait to point these babies up hill and see what they can do.

Re: IROK Radial Pics

They look good. I'm interested to know how they do. Maybe you could test drive up some muddy rocks for us East -Coasters.

Re: IROK Radial Pics

Yeah I was thinking of painting the Jeep, "pink", just so that it would fit in with the other "Girlie" Jeeps

The tires at 13 psi are every bit of 39.5" - 40" tall.
Naturally they will shorten up a bit, when I air em down to fighting pressure.

Re: IROK Radial Pics

Sorry Dirt Dog, but my trusty SX's, and I, even as beat down as they are, just have too mcu history together, so I cant part with them just yet.
Im planning to build a trail Jeep with my step son, one day soon, and they will be a great tire for that project.

As for testing these tires in the muddy steep stuff, no problem.
These tires will see it all, some more snow runs, some muddy rocks in the spring, competitions and trail driving on the Rubicon and at the Hammers throughout the seasons.

Re: aaaaaaaahhh

Yeah, those are my high tech limiting straps/chains. They are sort of a Welder Bill't signature design.
Welder Boy gets all teary eyed whenever I mention the thought of installing a nice of set of nylon straps,....but still with Swayaway as a major sponsor this year, Im affraid that new bling nylon straps will soon be replacing the $1.00 multiadjustable chain design. Re: aaaaaaaahhh

Jeff please let us know how those tires do. I just bought a set of Walkers 17" locks and need some rubber for them.

It will either be Krawlers or Irocks!

Im thinking about entering the ProRock event at Cougar Buttes at the end of the month also.

17" Walkers,....Sweet!
