Horn contact pin??

I had to replace my turn signal cancel cam and I need the spring and contact for the horn that goes with this. Does anyone have a part number or know where I can get one?

Re: Horn contact pin??

1. Another Pure GM part.
2. Best bet...
3. The Junkyard...
4. Look in any mid 70's through 80's GM columns.
5. Or a dealer, it's not a custom part!
6. They should recognize what you're trying to do,
7. And get you a spring and contact.

If you have to go to a dealer to get it.... try this and let me know if it helped.

Re: Horn contact pin??

1. Left the house today at 6am.
2. Got back at 6:45am,
3. Smelled gas from the Caravan,
4. Put 'er up on ramps.
5. Found the gas fuel line rupturing...
6. Went to NAPA,
7. 15 minutes waiting and $6 later,
8. I had the needed parts in my hand.
9. So, I put the 15 minutes to good use,
10. And browsed the Rotating Replacement Parts display,
11. And what did I find?
12. You'll never guess!
13. The spring/Contact is NAPA Part Number 735-2822
14. Here's what they looked like!

Re: Horn contact pin??

I think it was CaverDave that told me he saw the parts in the HELP section at the local Adv.Auto or AutoZoo. Like LEVE said, all GM parts and pretty common.... this thread reminded me, I was looking for the same thing a few weeks ago... but some how never made it to the store to get them
