TJ rear disc conversion...and it works!

Woo Hoooooo! I FINALLY got my TJ rear disc conversion done this weekend. I used a rear disc set up from a Grand Cherokee and it was 100% bolt on. The best thing about it was it works just like it should. I suspect that the rear drums never worked like they were supposed to and I screwed around with them for 2 years. The whole time the dealer was telling me they were working fine. I couldn't get them to lock up even with the rear wheels in the air and the engine at idle. Now they snap to a stop! The Jeep stops a ton better. And the parking brake works now too. I am soooo happy!

I'm interested in this conversion, can you give us some details of what we need to take off the doner cherokee? What years will work? Do I need the proportioning valve or master cylinder? Is it fairly straight forward bolt on? Is it for a D44 or D35?
