Re: Need me to find JEEPMANED

I don't know who he is, but did you try the moderators?? Not sure what type of access they have as far as user accounts go, but maybe they could give you an email or something.

Could be way wrong though, I have no idea what the mods can/can't do.....

Re: Need me to find JEEPMANED

As Moderator I have access to all the information he has ever entered. Unfortunately that's not very much. He has a total of two posts. When he signed up he entered the same MSN address as private and public. That's all there is there. There is nothing I can see that you can't if you go to his profile.

Sorry. You might have been taken. I hope you didn't send him much money.

Re: Need me to find JEEPMANED

I doubt he was "taken"....

From my dealings with Ed (several years ago) it was hard to reach him via the web. He had an AOL/MSN account and wasn't getting mail for about a month or so. Chances are his box has croaked again. I had his phone number somewhere, but can't lay my hands on it right now. He was in the Grants Pass region.

He's one of the fairest, most honest folks I've dealt with online. I bought 2 AMC/TH400 adapters and a flexplate from him for a good price. He mistakenly sent a TF flexplate by mistake. When I ask him, he agreed it didn't sound like the right item (4 bolt convertor mount = TF) and immediately sent the right flexplate (at his own expense)... telling me to keep the TF flexplate and pass it on someone if needed.

Re: Need me to find JEEPMANED

Thanks guys, I dont think I am being taken, he seemed like a good guy. I hope he is just having problems geting the parts. Hopefully it will all work out. I was hopeing someone here had his phone number. I payed him $100 for a dana 44 housing gears carrier discs and calipers, so I have not been ripped of too bad. He said he was meeting me with a complete 44 for $150, when I got their he said he couldn't get the axle, but got this and can get the shafts to make a complete axle within a few weeks. I just dont have any other sources to get those shafts from, so I am hopeing ed will get them.

thanks
