wheel width

hey guys i kno that i definatly wanna run a 33x12.50 tire. but i am not sure what wheel to get. (8" or 10") my jeep is my daily driver and i dont kno if the wheel width will effect anything on road. what width do u guys think i should go with?

Do a search with the word(s)"back spacing" (maybe written as one word). That's the real issue. Plan on compromises. You're modifying the scrub radius and such.

The tire place will try to push 10" on you.. but they don't understand what it's for.

If you wheel at all, 8" is the answer.

This topic is covered often. There is also often a debate. I say if you plan to wheel it often go with 8 inch. If you might only off-road once or twice a year go 10 inch.

i think ill probably be off roadin 2-4 times a month possibly more in the summer what r the advantages and disadvantages of both 8" and 10" on and off road?
