Engine swap...need help with distributor

I just put a 258 6-cylinder into a 75 CJ-5 i am rebuilding.....this engine has an electronic distributor in it and i have the ignition box that came with it....but not the wiring harness...does anyone have an idea what wires go where from this ignition box...or a quick way to wire the box, coil, and distributor to make it run?...any ideas are appreciated....Thanks in advance

Re: Engine swap...need help with distributor

you did say any....

try a search on team rush upgrades or TR upgrade. I've seen a few schematics float around on some of those posts. I wish I could help, but.... that is where I would start.

these schematics show how to connect a ford TFI coil and/or an MSD on to the 258.

you might also search for dura spark ignition.
