Re: RE 5.5 LA package, Good deal or not

Skooly DC has the 5.5 longarm for $1700 and I would guess that you already have the slip yoke and cv shaft cause you have a rubi... If you want the motor mount lift and body lift why not buy them seperate.

From the research I have done on tires the MTR's are more of a out west dry rock type tire and not as well suited for around here.... I have a line on the new BFG Krawler 35" for $202 a tire and thats what I am considering but you can't go wrong with a good ol TSL....

So I guess I am saying no I don't think it is that good a price....

Re: RE 5.5 LA package, Good deal or not

Hey steve where did you find the krawlers for $200 at? Thats what I was really wanting but the prices that I saw, Krawlers were running about $300 a tire and thats a little steep for me. I could probably swing $200 though. My only concern is that I drive my Rubi as a daily driver, and by that I mean I have a 45 min drive one way to work, so Im not to sure the Krawlers would last very long. Yea Rich (infantry YJ) was telling me to go to DC's so thats probably where I'll go. Does anyone have a number or website address where I can get a hold of them?

Well they went up $8 a tire since I looked last they are now $210. I don't know how they will last either.... I am piecing together a lift (wish I could afford the RE LA right now). When I get my bonus I am planning on a set... The address is Krawlers

Overpriced,......just plain overpriced,......I've seen the 1" BL going for as low as $60 and the same for the MM lift's.

Rich,

WHERE?!? I've in the market for the Daystar 1" body mount lift (CJ8) for a few months now, but have not found them cheaper than ~$115.00~.

Thanks aforehand...
