? on York output air temp

Just wondering if anyone knows what the temp of the air is on the discharge side of a York. I have heard of a few people melting hose that was was run directly off of the discharge port. At this time I want to run a hose directly off the port, so I need to know a temp to match the hose to. Thanks.

Exact temp.? I don't know, but it is HOT. I used to pop the hose off mine every now and then. Use an A/C hose and you'll be fine. They are made to take the temps no problem. Just make sure you run it enough distance to dissipate some of the heat before going to regular air hose. Mine has caused no problems since.
