rusted bolts....help!

O.K. I'm trying to put my new springs on, every bolt is rusted. No big deal... soaked them all every day for a week prior. I have 2 broken/ stripped lugs ( tried to use the new sears sockets for that... the bolt buster ones.) Now i have a spring hanger bolt welded by rust in the inner collar, the insert in the bushing! here are the things i have tried!
*impact

*sawzall

*4" grinder w/ cut off wheel

*portaban

*" sister sledge "

*map gas

*PATIENCE

*** What next? I do not have a torch! No one can understand why i am still laughing, but it is funny as hell. I will post pics when i become sane again... well maybe not because that would mean i got rid of the jeep.

I can feel your pain every time I touch any jeep. You need a torch. I really think it should have been a mandatory option that came with all of them.

Re: rusted bolts....help!

I used a larger grinder with a cut-off wheel inserted between the spring and the hanger and cut on both sides of the spring eye. Your 4' may be just big enough.

yeah, the blue-tipped wrench is a necessity for working on jeeps.
