Maaco paint job came out great!

Well I did the $500 Maaco paint job on my CJ and I'm very happy with it. I stripped everything off the body and sanded most of the metal myself and primered/wet sanded the bare metal. They did a little more prep work, then shot it with the patriot blue that the new jeeps are. It's no show car paint job, but I'm very happy for what I spent and I'll have no problems scratching it up on the trails either!

Granted it's not until you get up close and look that you can tell if it's a $500 or a $5000 paint job... It looks great in the picts and better than a $500 job. Nice.

Did you get one of the MAACO "SPECIAL" paint the Jeep and get the leaf springs & frame painted for free?

Wow looks great and I like the carhiding next to it in the second picture... Wonder what they would say if I took the crew cab in there and asked for the $500 paint job

Re: Maaco paint job came out great!

When you got this paint job was there any warranty that went along with it? I've heard bad things concerning Maco's work, did you experience any thing that made you second guess your decision? How long do you expect that paint job to last?

Just a few questions of my own.
