as for the questions.... hhhmmmmmm?
1. From what I understand.... yes, but don't quote me. of course you'll need your own R&P since the HP D30 will be reverse cut.
2.Based on What I've heard that's where I was getting the answer for #1.....
3. Not that i recall off the top of my head.... but you can pick up a 44 out of a Ford 4WD truck and have it cut down... but I would go wider axles front and rear before doing that.
3a.uuuuuuH, you can shorten the Chevy 44, but I'm not sure about lug pattern, have to wwait for someone else to answer that.
3b... Uh, couldn't tell you on some of that, but I wouldn't consider it much of an upgrade, no the widths would be wider on the Waggy axles.. even so with Narrow Waggy axles...
4. What I'd do:
a: find another D30 Narrow trac front and straight swap everything.
b. Find Waggy and/or Scout axles and swap them over. you'll benefit from wider axles, and be able to swap your gears& Locker for the rear over to the wider axles.
