Twin stick allows you to have 2 hi, 4 hi, 2 low, 4 low, not available for your NP231.

Re: twin-stick shifter boot?

Those boots are good, you can get them from anybody who sells Currie products. When I put mine on I had to get a piece of tin to cover part the hole in the floor. The boot wouldn't quite cover the entire hole in the floor without streaching it really bad.

Re: twin-stick shifter boot?

Nickmil has told me that R&P has the best boot available for twins. Based on his recommendation and always good advice, I placed my order last week. I haven't received this boot yet, but I'm sure it will exceed my expectations. It's not cheap, but then the best seldom is.

Hope to finish up my D18 rebuild/twin stick install sometime next week. I understandthat the front bearing cover for the twins is going to force me to grind some material off of my T18 tranny case for clearance
