Finished the 360 but not running correctly. HELP

I finally got my 360 and granny low transmission in. I am having problems getting the motor to run correctly now. A little back ground, I completely rebuilt the motor from a tanked block all the way up, intake and carb are original (ran out of money) there is a performance cam and what not. I had a number of problems but they are slowly going away. Now I am stuck though. Yesterday it would not idle very well so I put new plugs (cause I used old ones I found around the house) cleaned up the electrical connections and fixed the timing. It was running good for a bit. When it gets warm, it will start up and run for a few seconds and then stall out. It is like it is kind of starving for gas but I am not sure if that is the case. I have a Jacobs’s electronics; I was thinking it could be some kind of interference. I know it is probably hard to diagnose some ones motor with out being there but if any of you have any suggestions let me know because I am really kind of stumped as to what to do next. Thanks.

Just to let you guys know when it says "Jacobs’s" I have no clue where the "&#8217:s" came from. Must have hit the buttons with out knowing it or something werid. So that is not the model number or anything just some random garbage.
