superlift 4\" lift kit who has one do you like it?

I was looking at lift kits and was thinking about a superlift. Do you know some one who is running this lift, how do they like it? With a 4" lift did they get a full 4" from it or less?

Re: superlift 4\" lift kit who has one do you like it?

I have a superlift softride 4in kit. It rides great, flexes well for a SUA. When i first put the springs on i gained about 5 inches. Within the first week i was at 4in. After 2 months i was down to 3 in the front and stayed at 4 in the back. Then i put my heavy ass front bumper on with my winch and i lost another 1/2in in the front. Now after 2 years of running the CJ with the lift i have a 2in lift in the front and a 3 in the back.

Am i happy with the springs. Yeh there ok. No they didnt hold up as well as i thought they should have, but since the ride is good and it flexes well, im not complaining.

I have the Skyjacker softride 4" kit and like it a lot. Nice smooth ride (for a lifted jeep).

I used the 4" Skyjacker too and it is a nice smooth riding lift and will take a beating.

Another vote for skykacker here. I really like mine. Rides and flexs great. Well worth the money. If I had to buy another kit I would buy the same. It has sagged some over the years but not too bad. Keep in mind that EVERY spring will sag with age. Also the more you beat on it the faster it will.
