Radiator

After destroying my radiator at the Eastern Jeepster and Commando Jam, I have been on the lookout for one. The problem involves lack of available funds from the checkbook nazi (wife) . Does anyone have one from any year Cj?
I can braze the brackets on from mine. Any CJ with an I-6 or V-8 will work.
Anyone parting out a CJ?
Let me know. Thanks in advance.

Re: Radiator

I have a 3 core from a waggy that was in my `72 CJ5. I just switched to aluminum. The rad. was just gone
through by a local shop and is in good shape, except for a dent in one tube. No leaks. I`m a ways away from
you but P/M me with an offer and I`ll ship it off to ya.

Re: Radiator

Best deal and fit I found was to have local rad shop replace old 2 row core with new 3 row core in the old rad. Approx $180.

Three after market 3 row OEM replacement rads I tried all had too much set back. Couldn't mount shroud and too close to fan.

Good sounding deals on EBAY, but if it doesn't fit you have to ship it back.

Good luck.

Re: Radiator

I bought one from this place on ebay. Put in the minumum bid of $120.00 and got it. Been resonably inpressed for the money.

Re: Radiator

I appreciate the advice guys. 4x401 is going to help me out with one.
I will let everyone know how it comes out.
I am going to have to change my auto sig. I have new push rods and the radiator will be in soon. Just have to figure out what happened to the front axle.
