input shaft swap
I just picked up my FSJ T18 yesterday and I'm not sure yet if I want to swap to a shorter input shaft or not. Does anyone have a write up on how to do it or how much work is involved. The tranny is in good shape so it doesnt really need a rebuild. If its just a R&R I might do it to keep the extra driveshaft length and use my stock ones but if it means pulling the whole thing apart maybe not?
Oh yeah I have been looking at the Parts Mike short shaft kit for $199. I would need to find a T150 or T176 bellhousing to use with that as well, right?
