A rollcage saves the day again

Not me this time, but this is a friends rig that rolled on the same hill I totaled my Jeep on awhile back. He rolled 2.5 times end over end backwards, then five times to the passenger side, both he and passenger were fine.
The cage came out perfect with no tweaks, bent tubing or broken weld joints, he and his wife are really glad they had me build the cage a couple of months ago.

WOW! That would have really been a mangled mess without the cage. What is it, a Zook, or a Tracker? Looks like a Sammi, but the bowtie on the hood throws me off.

My guess would be Sammy with SBC 350.

Good sales pitch for Cages...Already on my "soon" list of mods.

Re: A rollcage saves the day again

When you need a roll cage nothing else will do...Six years ago my family gave me one for Fathers Day and two weeks later it saved my son and I from 'eating' my windshield. Roll cages need to be high on every 'to-do' list.

Hey Patrick,
Nice cage work!! That gotta make you feel good. I just had my cage put in a few weeks ago and you wouldn't believe what I saw in the shop. Some joker had built a full cage out of muffler pipe! Very scary.

Well thats better then a PVC cage and is probably better then nothing at all but I wouldn't do it.
I guess some people don't value their life as much as others and like I always say some people have more dollars then cents (sense).

1. Wow... That wasn't fun...
2. I've saved the picutre in my files under:
3. Why you need a Roll Cage!
4. Besides sheetmetal damage,
5. How'd the Sammi hold up?
