HEI clearance problem...what can i do / 135 to 225

Things are really starting to shape up Got the 225 V6 stabbed where i want it, yet I'm still running into some snags.

I guess the main thing I need to know is whether or not I can get the vacuum advance can moved over with out destroying the timing.

It is going to be in the way of the fan once I get the radiator were i want it. The owner before myself put a big 'ol shim between the fan and the pulley to prevent this from happening. This has to be removed for all to fit properly or I'm back to cutting and moving the motor mounts...BIG BUMMER.

I've enclosed a few pics that might help clear this up.

Thanks for all the help fellas. The pics of your rigs have really helped a lot.

We WILL be roll'en VERY soon

Can't you pull the distributor and move it a couple teeth to get the clearance?
