Howell TBI parts list?
 

Does anyone have an itemized list of all the parts required to put together the GM TBI system? Also, out of a possible 12 in a case, how many (Canadian [img]images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]) root beers is the install? I'm tired of the carter, but have been quoted $1600 Canadian for the Holley system, and $1800 for the Howell...The other option is to piece together the Howell from donors and some ordered parts, but the closest thing to a list I've seen is someone advising to "pull all the necessary parts from the donor"...I need a bit more to go on...TIA...

I suppose the other option is to find out which carbs are a) an improvement (like it could be any worse) and b) emissions legal, as e-testing will be instated here in northern ontario soon...

Howell was easy to install if you just take it step by step and follow the instructions. It took me a total of about 5 hours. Not hard at all, I was surprised, I was ready for all of the FI install horror stories, but Howell's wiring harness (the hardest part if you did it yourself) made it easy.
Well worth the money - I paid $1100 US direct from Howell (with the heated O2 sensor).

I would not recommend trying to piece it together yourself.

According to their web site, it's now up to $1195. Factor in the exchange of about 1.4, add shipping and duties, and it comes close to the C$1800 I was quoted by Jeep Thrills in London, Ont...
