Exploded view of steering wheel

Can some one point in a direction to find this. I had a "friend" replace the key. He got it to the point where you needed a puller and now I need to know how to get it back together.

Thanks

Re: Exploded view of steering wheel

What Jeep does your "friend" have? Is it a tilt column or not. We need all the information in order to even start to answer your question.

It's not a tilt

Prepare for a reply from LEVE! Get a Haynes manual. Well worth the money.

Re: Exploded view of steering wheel

I have a Haynes, the problm is I have a bag of parts and I'm not sure what the reciever, bushing or contact plate are. This is why I wanted to see an exploded diagram. If any one has this information I'd appreciate them sharing.

Thank You

Re: Exploded view of steering wheel

What Jeep are you looking for? I need to know what Jeep you need a diagram for. My Chilton's has them for a lot of different year's and they are all different. My Chilton's is for 1945 to 1987, if it is one of these years, I can help. Please tell me what year the Jeep is.

6. If I remember correctly, the parts you're referring to do not change from tilt to non-tilt wheel.
7. It's almost Pure GM...
