What i gather is that if i am going to run 35's, the best gearign for me to put in would be 4.10's since it will serve as a DD and off-road, is this correct?
Also, when the gearing is swapped, must it be done in the front and rear axles or just the rear?
I have a 1990 YJ 4.2, btw, 31 inch tires (33 some day) and 4" lift in a few weeks. Thanks much all.
That is what I'm going with (4.10s & 35s). I'd prefer 4.56, but with a 258 and no overdrive I want to keep the RPMs under 3K on the hiway. If your going to run an OD tranny 4.56 or 4.88 would be no problem.
