1. Well, it's got to be something.
2. We gotta start somewhere.
3. So which don't you have?[*]Timing [*]Spark [*]Fuel?

Ignition control module? Not turning over? Turning but no fire? Are you still getting gas? Still getting spark? Flooded? Choke? It could be something as simple as a bad ground or a short. Can be tough to find. On a Jeep that ignition control module will let you down at the worst times. May want to pick one up - it's good to have a spare around.
Good luck and keep us posted on the mystery illness.

Re: HELP! Wont start?

Do you have power to the coil? If you have power to the coil and no power to the plugs you may have isolated where the problem is but now you need to find what is causing it. I would really check my wires over good for cuts, breaks or buildup at connectors. I would also check for good ground. My CJ horn quit working and all it took was reseating the ground/attaching screw. That simple. Hope it's something that simple for you.

Re: HELP! Wont start?

1. The GM HEI grounds through the distributor body, to the engine block.
2. If the grounds are bad... [*] Dist body to engine ground[*] Engine ground to negative battery post
3. You'll get no spark.
4. Pull the ignition module at the base of the distributor and have it checked.
