Anybody wheeling in the Midwest soon?

I recall talk of another trip to the Badlands or somewhere in WI when I was at the Bash. There was no date set, but it seemed like a lot of people wanted to get together again and wheel over the summer. Does anybody have any plans or want to start making some? I'd really like to hang out with ya'll again. I had a blast at the Bash, and now that I'll be 21 in less than two weeks I'm fixin to have some fun.

So does anyone out there want to start throwing some ideas around? I heard there's a place to wheel in or around Lake Geneva. The Badlands was fun but I'd like to try other places too, since that was my first trip off-roading.

Re: Anybody wheeling in the Midwest soon?

You're on the Great Lakes Jeep Thing board too, right? I'm sure if you posted that you wanted to go before their summer bash you could get people to go. I know they have gone to Lake Geneva, and from the pics it looked like they had some good stuff to run.
I would love to go somewhere, but since I'm going to college in 2 months, I have to save all the money I can, and make the Jeep last as long as possible so I can commute to school, and work, to make the money to help pay for the schoolin.

Knifeboy, drop me a line if you do get some folks together... You, Spaz and I are all in the same area, more or less...

I didn't know they still had legal wheeling in Lake Geneva. But anyway let me know what's going on I see if I can go with...if you don't mind hanging out with a Cheesehead for a day.

Make that TWO Cheeseheads! I'm in for wheeling close by. I didn't know there was a spot for us in Lake Geneva.

Re: Anybody wheeling in the Midwest soon?

Honestly I don't know for sure there's a spot in Lake Geneva. I had heard from a guy asking about my CJ for sale that there was a place. I'd have to look into it more to see if there is or not if there's enough interest. The CJ's down again (see other post) so no wheeling for me real soon.
