leaking soft doors

Does anyone have a good method for adjusting soft top doors so they don't leak. I have an 86 cj7 with a besttop supertop and I can't get the doors to stop leaking. I've tried adjusting the window pegs in all kinds of configurations without any success. Does anyone have some tips for door adjustments? It's driving me nuts trying to fix this. Any tips or simple fixes?

Only fix I've ever found is a hole in the floor so the water will run out. I've bent the frame rods to try to make them fit better, but without much success.
