Noise from timing chain cover - ideas?

OK... In April I replaced my exhaust system and while I was in there I decided to replace the timing chain and sprocket assembly. My 4.0 has 132,000 so I figure anything I can do before it breaks is money in the bank. The installation went fine, but last week the Jeep developed a loud tapping. I used a mechanics stethoscope to pinpoint the noise and it's definitely coming from the timing chain area. Tomorrow morning I'm going to tear the thing down again to check for causes. I was just hoping that anyone had 2 cents to throw in that might help to find the problem if it's not obvious. Here's a picture of my torn apart Jeep for giggles.

Re: Noise from timing chain cover - ideas?

It is in fact double roll, but it sounded fine for two months. My only conclusion is that it has worked free and is rubbing the cover. Thanks for the info.
