Need advice on which Duster/Tonneau Cover to buy.

Hey all, I'm going to be buying a "Duster" cover to keep the rain and dirt off stuff in the back of my CJ7. Can anyone offer any advice on which brand to get? Looks like Bestop's uses rails to hold it in place, while some use velcro. Does one work better than the other? I have a hardtop which I put on and take off depending on the weather and length of trip, and no soft top. Will the rails of the Bestop unit interfere with the hardtop, or will I have to remove them each time I want to put the hardtop on? I can't find any pictures of how these things really attach. Any advice would be apreciated!

TIA,
Derek

Re: Need advice on which Duster/Tonneau Cover to buy.

I don't know for sure but I have a Supertop and was told by a dealer that the rail systems are the same for tonneau. I think you would have to remove them as they flare out a bit to allow the rubber piece to slide under and "fasten". I think the hard top would damage it, or not fit at all, but not positive. On another note, after about 2 years my velcro on the top and on my speaker bar doesn't hold well anymore in the wind. I'm constantly pulling to the side of the road to redo it. Just something to think about. Not sure how much that helps but all I can come up with.

Don't waste your time or money buying anything but Bestop. They have the best products hands down.

I have the Bestop one for my YJ. It is great.
It attaches by clipping into my soft top hardware just like the soft top does.
I got the one that mounts over the folded down soft top frame. But since you don't have a soft top you will get the other type.

Some things to consider:
Does your back seat fold out of the way?
Make a bow to keep the water from collecting.
