pre 76 CJ-5 hardtop on an 80

I should know this, but will a pre-76 CJ-5 hardtop fit my 80 CJ-5? I got a line on a good looking top and doors for cheap! Thanx a mil. [img]images/graemlins/givemebeer.gif[/img]

No, because the angle of the windshield changed in `76 to lay back further.

Thanx, I thought that there was something different, but couldn't recall what it was, or if it would effect the fit of the top.

Ive got a fiber glass top and doors that will fit. Real nice shape, $800 in St. Louis. Could possibly be not that far.- Tim

Thanx for the offer, but St. Louis is actually about 10 full hours from here. A little too far for this summer anyway.

It should work if you put on a pre 76 windshield. Just need the older style hinges.

Two of my favorite things.... cheap and in good shape! If you need to find a home for the aforementioned top I'm sure I could locate a happy and loving home for it [img]images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
