4.0 Swap: Motor mount bracket bolt Help !

I'm still in trying to get this 4.0 in my 83 cj7...
I'm having a problem with that metric bolt on the driver's side. I' finally found a 12mm bolt with what seems to be the correct thread...however the bolt is too long (i can still cut it) and the head is so large (18mm) that i'm gonna have problems to tighten it on the bracket because the bracket isn't flat so the head barely fits...

How do you 4.0 swap guru handled that on yours ?

Thanks for your help !

Thanks Rick
I just re-cut the 12mm bolt, and now I need to re-drill my bracket to 12mm and I hope this will work....

Re: 4.0 Swap: Motor mount bracket bolt Help !

For search purposes :
Used the 12mm bolt, with 175 threads per ?, bolt head size is 19mm.
Re-Cut the bolt.
Re-drilled the bracket hole to 12mm.
Had no bracket clearance problem.
