Steering Stabilizer Help, Quick!!

How do I get the damn thing off where it attaches to the tie rod. I got that nut off but that bolt that goes through the dampiner and the tie arm isn't budging. Hurry I gotta be somwhere in 1 hour. THanks

Why are you removing the stablizer, and why couldn't you just leave it on there until after you get back? Are you re-using the stabilizer? Would a BFH maybe work? I'm not positive I understand how it's attached, but do you have a pickle fork by chance?

Is it like a ball joint type bolt? If it is you need a hammer and hit the side of it <font color="red"> NOT THE THREADS! </font color> It should loosen up and pop off. It this does not work you need to get a ball joint pickle fork and slide it between the tie rod and the stabilizer. That's the only two ways I know. Good Luck,

4. Knuckle busting,
5. Pickle Fork,
6. 1 hour?
7. Put the nut back on!
