Yes, they will fit. You will need to cut out some of the sheetmetal on your body to get them to fit.

Re: Tj flares on a Yj?

I put them on my CJ. You just need to cut the fenders.

Measure twice, cut once.

I am glad I did it, and woud do it again. Gained a lot of clearance

Re: Tj flares on a Yj?

Thanks guys, I noticed today at the jeep dealership that the rubicons have larger flares then the other tj's, I wonder if I could get my hands on a pair of them.

How much clearance do you gain? Anybody have a before and after pic of the TJ flares on a YJ?

Re: Tj flares on a Yj?

Xenon makes very high quality TJ style flares FOR YJs giving you 6.5 inches of width...
you can see them HERE ...
Otherwise I remember seeing a write up about fitting TJ flares on a YJ....hmmm... where was it.... let me look....
Oh!... HERE it is and another one ....... enjoy!

IMHO.....I prefer Bushwacker's cutout flares ....But that's me

Re: Tj flares on a Yj?

The clearance is probably a couple inches. There are a few write ups. Here is one of them TJ writeup

I used a $20.00 Air body saw from Harbor Freight. - Very easy.
