O/T...The 200k club

My 91 YJ rolled over 200k last week ([email protected]:32pm along the C and D canal, De.) and I was curious as to how many Jeeps on here (ORC) have seen 200k and beyond.

My 89 YJ has yet to even see 90k miles... but w/an engine rebuild @ 54k, i'm sure I'll see 200k @ some point in the next 10 years!

I Bought mine the last week in July, 2000 and it had 105k. I've yet to mess with the engine but it's on it's 3rd tranny.

My '93 YJ is just shy of 202,000 miles!!! Original engine and tranny..., but a new clutch and resurfaced flywheel about 50,000 ago.

I'm only at around 106k on my '93 YJ. Hopefully many, MANY more miles to come!

283,755 plus a couple thousand for broken speedo cables over the years.

Am I out of the club when I hit 300,000 next year?

Re: O/T...The 200k club

I actually don't keep track of mine anymore. I do know it had 148K on it when I got it 4 years ago. The engine was dead when I bought it. So I know I have to be close or over the 200K mark by now. It is also my dailey driver as much as possible.

Re: O/T...The 200k club

I'm in the 180,000's right now. Not the original engine. I bought a rebuilt and swapped it in at around 160,000. Not that the old engine was bad, but I got a real deal on one what someone rebuilt for his eagle, installed it, then destroyed the eagle. Rebuilt the T5 tranny at around 130,000 as reverse on the cluster gear was heavily chewed up by the past owner and the noise was scaring me.
