new tires - will these tires fit?

1 - Im going to get 31x10.5 r15 tires for my STOCK jeep - stock suspension, original wheel wells. Will the new tires fit?

2 - I want to put a 1" body lift on it - but is it mandatory for these new tires?

3 - lastly, any opinions on: Tru-Trac APT - -- are they any good?

any help is appreciated!!
thanks!

Re: new tires - will these tires fit?

It might help if we knew what brand/type of tire you're getting. I just put a set of 30x9.50 Futura Enforcer MTs on my stock YJ and they fill the tire opening sitting on level ground. Haven't had a chance to play off road much yet but I believe they will rub a little at full flex.
If I had a digi-cam I'd post a pic.

Re: new tires - will these tires fit?

Im looking at either the Tru-Trac APT, the Goodyear Wranglers or the BFG's - all 31x10.5 r15

any opinions on the Tru-Trac APT?

I have the 31-10.5 BFG AT's om mine. Even with a 1" shackle lift, they really rub at full stuff. ( swaybar is disconnected ) I would go with the body lift or cutting out the wheel wells.
