what changes with a 1\" body lift ??

what else needs to be changed when one does a 1" body lift? do i have to adjust the steering shaft? fan/fan shroud? anything?

and is it really as easy as using a high lift to lift an edge and then replacing the piece? or is it more complicated....

i've done suspension mods before when i had my CJ, but never a body lift...so what does it entail?

thanks

If you have a three pedal jeep you may have to adjust the clutch. The fan shroud and rad should be moved. Other then that there isnt really anything else.

Re: what changes with a 1\" body lift ??

it is a "three pedal" but its a TJ so the clutch is hydraulic...so there shouldnt be any need to adjust that....my big concerns are for the fan/fan shroud and the steering shaft

Re: what changes with a 1\" body lift ??

They meant it's a manual when they said it's a "three pedal Jeep". When I put a 1" on my YJ, all I had to do was drop the radiator 1" because the fan would of ate the shroud.

And actually, mine's a "four pedal Jeep" if you wanna count the e-brake
