There was a couple of people on the Colorado4x4.org board that did it. Try searching over there. Maybe Cord or his board name D_roc. Also swapped in leaves at the same time.

The Toy 8" is a pretty damn tuff axle. If you go with the v6 third you really shouldn't have any issues. It has better ground clearance than a dana 44 and the same size shafts. The ring gear is a 1/2" smaller than a 44 though. Many people are running 35-38" tires on their trail Toys with the 8" axle and not having any rear axle issues. They are pretty cheap and come with 4.10 gears (vast majority). The E-locker can be a bit pricey unless you get lucky.
. You will need the metric adaptors for the brake lines and an adaptor to mount the drive shaft to the Toy flange. I heard of a Co. that makes this flange adaptor I just can't remember their name now.
