Welcome to the board.
I just rebuilt the t90 in my '48 cj2a, and replaced all of the same parts you need. I first went HERE for an excellent guide on rebuilding it. The tools you make are invaluable when putting those 48 needle bearings in. I printed it out and it took me a couple hours to do the rebuild, and that's the first one I've ever done. I got my parts from Krage, click HERE. Total for an overhaul kit, synchro, and 2nd gear was about $120 shipped. He was pleasant to deal with, shipped quick, and all of the bearings are Timken, SKF, or Nachi.
