new springs for springover

My friend has a 79 cj-7 with a spring over.It has a 360 in it and a winch. His back spring broke so now he wants to replace them.He is thinking about going with jc whitney stock springs. He doesn't want anymore height. What are some other options?

Re: new springs for springover

BDS springs have a lifetime No Questions Asked warranty...a 2" set would help with heavy engine and accessories. I've found on my YJ SpringOver that stock springs dont last very long...and the additional 2" lift is marginal after the springs settle.
