john nutter project

This is my first post, so I'll start by saying thanks for any info. provided. Now, I have been doing research on whether or not I should do the "nutter" project. I have a '85 cj7 258 that's pretty much stock. I live in Kansas so I don't have to be concerned with emissions tests and some of my vacuum lines have already been removed. Some of the info. I have found as abreviations in it the literature that I don't understand. Is there a site that explains that conversion to dummies? How hard is the conversion to complete? Once again thank you for any help and I'm glad to try to help anyone if possible.
