How far can you lift a YJ before you need new D/S

Hello I have a 95 Yj with a 2.5 in lift. I have come across
a lift kit that involves 1.5 in shackles and 3 in add a leafs. Will I have to get longer drive shafts for the Jeep if I go this route. Thanx for any info that I get.

I don't know if the add a leaf will work, it may be for only stock springs. Also add a leafs will not flex much and ride very stiff. I have a 3" lift and a 2" body lift and I run 33x12.5 X-terrains on 8" wheels with no problem. the sup lift is a Rough Contry it rides very well on the road an flexes good of road (680 on RTI) I have a 93 yj How much is the lift! The Rough Country I have was only 389.00 and is a complete system. Oh yea I use the same shaft with no vibration.

Body lift should not make any difference in D/S length. You can lift the body all you want and the axel will still be the same distance from the Xcase.
I have a YJ with 4 inches of lift, I run my stock D/S's and I have no problems at all.
