OT - 30 inch bending brake

Okay, I need a rather quick response here as a traveling tool show is in town and has a great deal on the same sheet metal bender for $10 less and no shipping. Has anybody used the 30 inch bender from HarborFreight and been happy??
I'm ready to fabricate some small panels and wonder if I should spend the extra $$$ and get a better one or if this is plenty of tool for the money?
Thanks

Humm... there's several ways to spend your money...

IMHO.. the brake will work OK... but then you could just use the access door in your garage and it will work too..

Try looking at this for another "different" alternatitive from Geeks' R Us:

Re: OT - 30 inch bending brake

Well, since I don't have a garage yet alone an access door, I guess the brake would be money well spent.... unless your suggestion was to send you my dimensions to fabricate on your nice machine Larry? I don't suppose a $30.00 tool is out of the question if it works reasonably well.
Thanks

[/ QUOTE ] 1. Thanks... I needed a laugh today!
2. If that brake your looking at even works to make one small project it's paid for itself...
3. But if ya got no garage...how about a work bench?
4. IMHO... these sheet metal brakes work best when bolted down!
