cj - electrical wiring question

Im wiring up my jeep this week and was wondering what minimum amperage switch is needed for the ignition wire to the coil. Im doing a push button starter and all the other acc. on a fuse block so Im doing away with the original keyed ignition. Is a 50 amp switch enough to send power to the fuse box. Im running all the power to the fuse box and then going from there for my lights, ignition, ect... Thanks.

Re: cj - electrical wiring question

My Painless wiring harness has a 30 amp fuse protecting the batt+ to coil wire.
And it has an 80 amp Maxi fuse protecting the whole system.
You can get the Maxi fuses and a wired socket for them at most parts stores.
