cj7 toe end?

The PO of my 1985 CJ7 rebuid the frontend, he says. all I know is that the steeringwheel is way off center, and the jeep darts all over the road with just a little cut in the steering wheel. Nothing is loose, and all I see is a new tie rod at the steering box.I know how to set the steering wheel right but I don't think the PO coounted the threads when he installed it. The front of the stock tires are 1/16" closer then the back treads. How much is the toe in suppose to be? I will carry it to get it realigned after the first, but would like to get it close, thanks David.

Re: cj7 toe end?

for some reason I can see 3/32" in my head, but there is Not much telling what that number is from.

a chiltons or haynes $12 service book will show that spec
