Stuck, don\'t know what to do.

Alright here is my problem guys. I have a 57 Willys Wagon. It currently has a 351w with the t-90 and d-18 set up and dana 27 & 44 original axles.

I bought a 85 Wagoneer to use as the donor vehicle. I realized over the weekend when I put the body of the Willys on the frame of the wagoneer that I have a major problem.
Yes, I know the frames are different sizes that was no problem my first plan was to try and adapt the frame to the willys. It's going to be harder than I thought. I also realized that the AMC 360, TF 727 and 229 set up is going to be just to long. Mainly, the 360. It is a long block and the 351 is a short block. I need a short block to put in that tight space.

So this is where I'm at now.. I'm still going to use the axles from the wagoneer (disc brakes), the power booster and a few other parts but now what do I do with the T-90 and D-18 is pass setup and the axles of the wagoneer are drivers side drops..

So should I get a ford tranny and t case? Which one would give me a drivers side drop? Is there any t case that will bolt to the T-90 that will give me the drivers side drop?

Yes, I know I'm being a pain here but I need some help from the experts... Thanks Pete

Tranny: NP435 - 4sp granny low. No OD.
T-Case: BW1356.
Might ask on the Bronco Forum for specifics on the 1356.
IOW, I don't remember the gear reduction.
