O/T Anyone in the Wash. D.C. Area....

Hey People, I have some buddies that I went to highschool with that have recently gotten back in touch with. I found out they had formed a band, so I bought one of their CD's. It only has 5 songs on it but I was really impressed by their music. It's reminds me a lot of the Old school Punk and Violent Femmes and The Cure sound. Unfortunately I'm a little far from D.C. to go see them play, but it sounds like they'd be worth checking out if your looking for something to do one night. the name of the band is Rock Master General . check their site for their venues and dates. they also have some MP3's for you to download and check out.

I think their music is great and just wanted to pass it along to anyone interested in small bands.... maybe If they make it big I could say "Hey I knew them when..." and "I used to skate and Drink withthese guys.."
