Jacobs Omni Wiring on a 4.0 MPI??

I had a jacobs omni on my 258 and certainly liked what it did for mileage and acceleration/starting; but I did the head and mpi conversion and did not reinstall the omni. Now, I'm interested in hooking the jacobs into the electronics of the 4.0 conversion to see if it will make any difference.

I'd appreciate suggestions or schematic on hooking the jacobs into the wiring harness and setup. I used the distributor, coil, alternator, power distribution center, etc from the donor vehicle - 95 Cherokee.

Thanks, Mindbender.

Have you tried asking Jacobs about whether it is compatible with the 4.0L ignition system, and if so, how do you wire it up? They best would know the ignition module they sold you.
