so if somebody were to buy one of these, would you be using the same shipping method you've demonstrated for the carpet?

Its not a cell company that makes its... these are accessories... I worked for Blue Rock Wireless... it supplied sprint, cingular, verizon and a few others.

I saw Tom Waits on Fernwood 2Nite last night too. Thought about the same thing.

A while back I ran across an online article testing these and they said they were a total waste of money . Shame on you Muddy .

BLUESMAN , did you get that carpet from him ? I read a post about something to do with that a while ago .

Re: O/T: Way Off-Topic Cell Phone Antenna Booster

I wouldn't try to sell these to anyone you mght want to talk to in the future. To put it bluntly, they don't work. I also work for the cell phone industry, as a tech, for the last 6 years.
If there is one thing I have seen a lot of, its gimmicks for a cell phone that do nothing but make customers mad.
Oh, and before I get flamed for not knowing what I am talking about, I am :
Motorola Factory certified
Nokia Factory certified
Ericcson Factory sertified
and Mitsubishi factory certified.
At each on the training classes, they brought in the types of items and let us test them to see if they did anything...

...the didn't.
If you want to sell to people you like, sell actual factory accessories if you have them.
Sorry for the long post, but I have dealt with this sort of thing soooo many times.
