O/T - POW/MIA Bracelet Return

I was at a buddies house tonight who has spent years tracking down POW/MIA soldiers from Vietnam. Today when I was over there he looked up the name of the soldier I wear on my bracelet and discovered that his remains had been found and positively ID'd through DNA earlier this year. He was officially buried in March. Now I need to return the bracelet to his remaining family. I'm not quite sure how to go about finding an address to send it to. Through newspaper articles I have the names of his brother and two sisters, along with an address and phone number for the funeral home that helped bury his final remains this year. I may call the funeral home to get an address, but I don't know if thats my best route. If anyone out there knows a way to track people down for cases like this please let me know. I truly want to return my bracelet to his family so that they can do with it as they please. If you'd like to help please send me an email or a PM and I'll give you his name and the names of his relatives. Thanks for any help you can give.

Re: O/T - POW/MIA Bracelet Return

I would suggest writing a nice letter saying how you were proud to wear it, and are glad that their son has come home, and mailing it to "The family of . . " care of the funeral home. They will see that the family gets it, and if they wish to contact you they will.
