Which port does vaccum advance hook to?

Mabey some can help me here. I just removed the junk weber from my jeep and put the 390cfm. holly on there. Where does the vaccum advance hook up to? is it the port under the fuel bowl or the one on the sidejust in front of the fuel bowl and half way up. the carb? the one under the bowl has alot vaccum all the time and the one on the side has little to none at idel and get more as you rev the motor. I know I should know this but I am in a vicadine haze and just can't remember. I'm thinking the one with no vaccum at idle. is that right?
